HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE NEEDED FOR A FULL SEW-IN?
I recommend 3 bundles for a full sew-in. Please keep in mind that the longer the length the less hair in each bundle. If you are using a closure you still need a minimum of 3 bundles.
WHAT COLOR DOES AUBREEMOM HAIR COME IN?
Our extensions are 100% virgin hair which means the hair is not processed with any color. Our virgin hair comes natural black or brown and can be colored to any desired color.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Please contact us immediately via email Aubreemom26@gmail.com so that we may be able to accommodate your request. You will not be able to cancel or make any changes once your order has shipped.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Standard shipping is 3-7 business days ONCE they have been processed. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed.
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
We ship using Express Mail Service for domestic and International packages. International orders can take up to 10 business days to be delivered once it is processed. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or added taxes that are incurred by the country that you reside in.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Free shipping in the continental United States. $24.99 for any International orders.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING INFORMATION?
Tracking information is emailed to the email address provided within your order on the day your order is shipped,( Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed) you will not receive a tracking number when your order is placed.
